PETALING JAYA, August 3 — CelcomDigi Berhad has partnered with IPification to provide network-based mobile identity verification for major global social media platforms.
As the first Malaysian telco to collaborate with IPification, CelcomDigi will enable secure mobile number verification through its API-as-a-Service platform.
Without relying solely on SMS one-time passwords (OTP). The solution is designed to reduce fake accounts, identity fraud and account takeovers.
