CUPERTINO, August 6 – Apple is reportedly preparing to launch a redesigned “MacBook Ultra”, expected to debut between late 2026 and early 2027.
Marking the company’s first major high-end Mac notebook redesign since 2021. According to multiple industry reports.
The laptop is expected to feature an OLED touchscreen, a thinner design, slimmer bezels, a hole-punch camera with a Dynamic Island interface and optional 5G cellular connectivity.
It is also expected to use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. The launch could be delayed by the global memory chip shortage, with mass production reportedly targeted to begin by the end of 2026.
