KUALA LUMPUR, August 6 — The government has gazetted nine additional open spaces in Kuala Lumpur, adding 5.15 hectares of protected green areas to preserve public recreational spaces.

To 552 protected open space lots covering 468.36 hectares. She said the initiative will help safeguard green areas from future land-use changes while providing more spaces.
