PETALING JAYA, August 7 — The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) is promoting music as a platform to develop human skills needed in an AI-driven economy.
Through the inaugural Gig for Good Masterclass Music Festival 2026. Held from July 24 to 26, the festival attracted more than 500 participants.
Featuring discussions, masterclasses and live performances exploring creativity, communication and teamwork alongside AI.
The initiative also included a Garage Band Bootcamp, where more than 100 youths from 30 bands developed confidence and collaboration skills to prepare for the future workplace.
