TAMPIN, August 9 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government is reviewing the promotion process for senior Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) officers.
To ensure their career progression is not delayed compared with other public sector employees. Anwar said the proposal has been discussed and will be finalised at an upcoming meeting.
After assessing its financial implications. He added that while civil servants, including military personnel, have benefited from the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA).
