KUALA LUMPUR, August 10 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is undergoing medical examinations and procedures prescribed by a team of medical specialists.
And is expected to remain under observation for two days. His Senior Press Secretary Tunku Nashrul Abaidah said in a statement today that the Prime Minister is receiving the necessary medical attention.
He expressed hope that Anwar’s examinations and procedures would proceed smoothly and that the Prime Minister would enjoy continued good health before returning to his official duties in the near future.
