GEORGE TOWN, August 15 — Motorists using the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway in Jelutong should expect intermittent partial lane closures from Aug 17 to Nov 17 for Penang Mutiara Line LRT works.
The 92-day traffic arrangement will operate nightly between 10pm and 6am towards Bayan Lepas. Affected areas include the bicycle and motorcycle lane and the leftmost slip-road lane.
Near the green area up to Gulai Sembilang Restaurant. Other lanes will remain open. Works include tree cutting and transplantation, utility relocation, road diversion and site preparation.
Motorists are advised to follow traffic signs and instructions from personnel on-site.
