GEORGE TOWN, August 15 — PKR strategy director Sim Tze Tzin has dismissed claims of internal turmoil, insisting the party remains united under president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Responding to concerns over competing centres of power, Sim said PKR has only one “captain” — Anwar, who is also prime minister. He said recent departures by several party leaders.
Had been anticipated and the core leadership remained intact. Sim added that PKR’s national congress provides an opportunity to examine weaknesses.
Following electoral setbacks in Johor and Negeri Sembilan, with the party having time to rebuild ahead of the next general election.
