PUTRAJAYA, August 16 — The Public Service Department (JPA) has opened applications for the 2026 B40 Scholarship Programme (DB40).
Offering financial assistance to eligible 2025 SPM graduates from B40 families pursuing diploma studies at selected higher education institutions in Malaysia.
The programme covers strategic fields including engineering, TVET, science, social sciences and architecture. Applications are open from Aug 3 to Aug 16.
Via the JPA Sponsorship Portal, with applicants required to meet citizenship, age, health and household income eligibility criteria.
