MELAKA, August 16 — PKR will strengthen its communication strategy after acknowledging that government achievements have not always translated into improvements felt by households.
Information Chief Fahmi Fadzil said. Fahmi, who is also communications minister, said delegates at the PKR National Congress had called for clearer public messaging and stronger information channels.
He said branch leaders could play a larger role in communicating government policies while bringing local concerns to Putrajaya.
Fahmi said a more formal communication structure may be needed, with proposed changes expected to be addressed during the congress winding-up session.
