KUALA LUMPUR, August 26 — Lapisan Pâtisserie has introduced a Merdeka collection combining Malaysian flavours with French-style pastry techniques.
The Malaysian Favourites series includes Kaya Butter Crispy Toast at RM8.50, Pandan Coconut Tart at RM16 and Chicken Rendang Mille Feuille at RM12.50.
The homegrown brand said the collection reinterprets familiar local flavours through contemporary pâtisserie while retaining their connection to Malaysian food traditions.
To mark Malaysia’s 69th Merdeka, customers can purchase a second pastry for RM6.90 on Aug 31. The one-day promotion applies to all pastry flavours at Lapisan Pâtisserie outlets nationwide for dine-in and takeaway, while stocks last.
