KUALA LUMPUR, August 28 —  The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) is exploring wider use of AI and technology in player development and tournament management.

Secretary-general Datuk Kenny Goh said BAM already uses data, video analysis and biomechanics to develop players and identify areas for improvement.

BAM is also considering wider use of Reveal Lens, a BWF-approved AI-powered Instant Review System that uses high-speed cameras to review disputed line calls within seconds.

The association is seeking practical, long-term technology partnerships as badminton continues to evolve.
