PUTRAJAYA, August 29 — Frasers Hospitality has soft-opened Fraser Residence Putrajaya, introducing 283 serviced apartments within the TERRA mixed-use waterfront development in Precinct 8.
The property offers studios to three-bedroom lakeview apartments, with fully equipped kitchens and living areas designed for short and extended stays.
Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, children’s playroom, family games room, meeting spaces and two dining venues. TERRA also includes 348 residential units.
A 170,000 sq ft community mall and event facilities. Fraser Residence is about 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and sits next to Cyberjaya.
