RAWANG, August 31 — Oriental Interest Berhad (OIB) has launched Gardens Idaman, a RM163.8 million affordable housing development under Selangor’s Rumah Idaman programme.
The 11.226-acre project will offer 616 semi-furnished apartments priced between RM250,000 and RM270,000. Each 1,002 sq ft unit comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking bays.
Facilities include a central park, jogging track, outdoor gym, playground, futsal and pickleball courts, kindergarten, surau and multipurpose hall.
The leasehold development has received Provisional GreenRE Bronze certification and is expected to achieve about 30.61% energy savings against the GreenRE baseline. Completion is scheduled for 2030.
