SHAH ALAM, September 2 — OCR Group has marked the topping out of Residensi Akasia after all 963 Rumah Selangorku units were sold within 18 months of launch.
The RM288.84 million development is the first project under OCR’s Kyra Collection Series. Its next phase will comprise 1,085 RSKU homes and 23 shop units, with a GDV of RM322.49 million.
Priced at RM288,000, each 1,022 sq ft home will offer 3+1 rooms, two bathrooms and two car parks, with selected furnishings and appliances included. Registration for Phase 2 is now open.
