GEORGE TOWN, September 5 — A short-term partial lane closure will be implemented at Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Gat Lebuh Cecil for utility relocation works.
linked to Penang’s Mutiara Line LRT project. The closure will affect the entry slip road from the expressway towards Gat Lebuh Cecil, near SMT System Metal Technology.
It will begin at 10 p.m. on Sept 7 and continue until 5 a.m. on Sept 10, while other lanes remain open. Motorists can use Gat Lebuh Macallum and Jalan C.Y. Choy to reach Lebuh Cecil.
Traffic personnel and safety measures will be deployed.
