GEORGE TOWN, September 9 — The Waterfront Shoppes will soft-open on Oct 29 as a major new retail and lifestyle destination along Penang’s eastern coastline.
Located within The Light City, the four-level mall spans about 1.6 million sq ft and will house around 300 retail, dining, entertainment and service outlets.
A key feature is its 750-metre waterfront promenade, designed for dining, recreation and community activities. The mall will also connect directly to the Penang Waterfront Convention Centre.
Which can accommodate more than 10,000 guests. More than 3,500 parking bays will serve the retail and convention facilities.
