KUALA LUMPUR, September 10 — OpenAI has signed a multi-year agreement with Nvidia-backed Firmus for dedicated artificial intelligence computing capacity from two data centres in Malaysia.

The agreement makes OpenAI an anchor customer for Firmus and raises the infrastructure company’s contracted capacity across customers to more than 900 megawatts.
