CUPERTINO, September 11 — Apple has unveiled the Watch Ultra 4 with upgraded health monitoring, longer battery life and new intelligence features.
The new Health Sensing System measures heart rate every five seconds and provides more frequent heart rate variability readings, while a readiness score helps users assess daily recovery and training capacity.
Apple says the watch offers up to 50 hours of normal battery life and 84 hours in Low Power Mode, with extended workout tracking reaching 45 hours.
Powered by the new S11 chip, it also introduces Audio Intelligence and Siri AI features through watchOS 27. Apple Watch Ultra 4 starts at US$799 and reaches stores Sept 18.
