SEBERANG PERAI, September 13 — Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow has instructed state executive councillors to identify and address unfinished Penang2030 initiatives.

As he prepares for an eventual leadership handover. Chow said about eight in 10 key targets had been achieved or were progressing, but agriculture productivity and household water consumption still required improvement.

He said major infrastructure projects could continue beyond 2030 and future priorities would ultimately be decided by his successor.

Separately, Chow said a draft law on equal constituency development funding had been prepared, but more review and stakeholder engagement were needed before it could be tabled.
