GEORGE TOWN, September 13 — IJM Land has launched Merione Residences at THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang following the full take-up of commercial units at Merione Grand.
The 39-storey mixed-use development will include 145 semi-furnished residences across 29 residential floors, with five homes per floor.
Residents will have separate access from the commercial component while remaining connected to The Waterfront Shoppes, Penang Waterfront Convention Centre and future hotel developments.
IJM Land said a covered elevated pedestrian link is also planned to connect Merione directly to the future Penang Waterfront Station on the Mutiara Line, strengthening road and rail accessibility.
