KUALA LUMPUR, September 17 — Advancecon Holdings reported a 34.5% year-on-year increase in first-half profit attributable to owners to RM3.01 million, supported by stronger project execution.

Second-quarter profit before tax rose 20.6% to RM3.53 million, while revenue stood at RM108.88 million. The construction and support services segment generated RM52.9 million in quarterly revenue.

While the quarry segment contributed RM54.4 million. Advancecon’s order book reached about RM939 million at June 30 after securing RM317.7 million in new works since March.

The group said its growing pipeline includes industrial, utility and data centre-enabling infrastructure projects.
