GEORGE TOWN, September 17 — The Asia-Pacific Commodity Recommendation Expo, previously scheduled for Sept 18 to 20, will not be held at the Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC), the venue said Monday.
PWCC said its involvement was strictly limited to providing the venue and that it had no role in organising, managing, promoting, financing or operating the event.
The convention centre said enquiries involving participation, registration, transactions or other arrangements should be directed to the organisers.
PWCC expressed regret over any inconvenience or confusion caused by the cancellation and thanked clients, partners, media and the public for their understanding.
