KUALA LUMPUR, September 19 — IJM Land and Amona Group have topped out Riana Trees Residences at Pantai Sentral Park.
Marking completion of the 32-storey development’s main structural works. The 336-unit condominium has recorded a 90% sales take-up, with only limited Bumiputera units remaining.
Launched in June 2023, the project is IJM Land’s first development to use the Industrialised Building System, with precast components aimed at improving construction efficiency, consistency and quality.
Construction will now move into architectural finishes and interior works. Vacant possession is targeted for the first quarter of 2027.
