KUALA LUMPUR, September 21 — PETRONAS will integrate Agentic AI into its myPROdata platform to help investors assess Malaysia’s oil and gas exploration and production opportunities more efficiently.
The enhanced platform will connect and analyse geological, geophysical and engineering data to support evaluations from resource identification to commercial viability.
Iraya Energies will lead the integration under an agreement with Malaysia Petroleum Management. PETRONAS said the initiative supports its ambition to attract RM50 billion to RM60 billion.
In annual upstream investment and halve the period from discovery to first hydrocarbon from 100 months to 50 months.
