Applications must be submitted online through the MySPR portal, with applicants required to have a registered account.
Eligible categories include police, military, election and media personnel, Malaysians living overseas and approved agencies or organisations.
The closing date will be announced later, while the Election Commission has yet to set nomination and polling dates.
