GEORGE TOWN, September 25 — Battle Mania 2026 will return to 1st Avenue Mall on Oct 3 and 4, bringing together street dancers from Malaysia and overseas.
Now in its fifth edition, the competition will feature international judges Niako of France, Popping J of South Korea and Finale of Thailand alongside Malaysian judges and DJs.
Categories include Hiphop 1-on-1, Open Style 2-on-2 and K-pop competitions, with a new Popping Battle introduced this year.
Organised by 1st Avenue Mall with OWL Dance Studio and Hundred Percent Dance Studio, the event aims to strengthen international exchange within Penang’s street dance community.
