BATU KAWAN, September 28 — Aspen officially launched Mezon @ Park Enclave, its first serviced residence at Aspen Vision City, with 30% of units already sold following a bulk Sale and Purchase Agreement signing.
The freehold development comprises twin 47-storey towers with 301 units each, offering single-key, dual-key and tri-key layouts ranging from 862 to 1,410 sq ft.
Built to GreenRE Gold standards, Mezon will feature more than 50 facilities, including Penang’s first onsen, indoor spring pool, hydrotherapy spa, Olympic-length pool and Japanese-inspired gardens.
The development fronts Aspen Vision City’s 25-acre Central Park and is positioned near the growing Batu Kawan industrial and technology hubs.
