PETALING JAYA, October 2 — Pakatan Harapan could see developments in talks with Bersatu as early as next week as negotiations continue ahead of the Melaka state election.

PH election director Amirudin Shari said all possibilities remained open, including cooperation with Barisan Nasional. He said PH’s priorities were electoral success, political stability and arrangements.

That benefit the public, adding that negotiations should also consider whether parties can find common ground on policy.

Bersatu secretary-general Mohamed Azmin Ali, however, said Wednesday that his party had not decided to cooperate with any party and was preparing to contest independently.
