KUALA LUMPUR, October 5 — DHL Express will increase its prices in Malaysia by an average of 5.9% from Jan 1, 2027, as the logistics company adjusts rates for higher operating costs.
DHL said its annual pricing review considers inflation, currency fluctuations, energy and labour costs, as well as changing customs, regulatory and security requirements.
Managing Director for Malaysia and Brunei Julian Neo said the adjustment would support continued investment in service reliability and global operations.
The company is investing in aircraft, digital and cybersecurity capabilities, electric vehicles, sustainable aviation fuel and logistics infrastructure as it strengthens its international network spanning more than 220 countries and territories.
