GEORGE TOWN, October 27 — The Udini Roundabout underpass along Jalan Masjid Negeri in Penang was scheduled to close overnight for emergency road repairs.
The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) said the closure would run from 11pm on October 26 until 6am on October 27.
The temporary closure was necessary to allow emergency road maintenance works to be carried out safely.
Motorists were advised to plan alternative routes and exercise caution near the affected area, while enquiries can be directed to MBPP’s 24-hour hotline at 04-2637000.
