GEORGE TOWN, October 31 — Intermittent partial night-time lane closures are being implemented near Flat Koperasi in Gelugor until December 31 to facilitate construction of Penang’s Mutiara LRT Line.
The closures, which began October 27, operate daily from 10pm to 5am for utility relocation works. The affected area includes parking spaces facing Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.
While parking in front of nearby shoplots remains accessible. Motorists are advised to follow traffic signs and instructions from personnel stationed at the site.
With safety barriers and traffic management measures in place throughout the construction period.
