KUANTAN, November 1 — A fire damaged approximately 75% of a single-storey house and partially damaged an electric vehicle parked outside at Taman Kempadang Sejahtera on Sunday.
The Pahang Fire and Rescue Department said the blaze broke out around 9am, mainly affecting the living room and kitchen. Fifteen firefighters from Kuantan and Indera Mahkota stations responded.
Arriving at 9.29am. No casualties were reported, while fire investigators have been deployed to determine the cause of the blaze.
Authorities have not confirmed whether the electric vehicle was involved in starting the fire.
