KUALA LUMPUR, November 6 — Malaysia’s Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) has called for the immediate suspension of former Prime Minister Najib Razak’s planned house arrest pending clarification of his conditional royal pardon.
The AGC said unresolved legal questions concern the RM50 million fine payment and its effect on Najib’s remaining SRC International prison sentence.
