KUALA LUMPUR, September 26 — About 25 passengers missed two KTM Komuter services after Anak Bukit station failed to open at its scheduled 5.30am time.
KTMB said the employee assigned to open the station was unable to report for duty due to health reasons. A staff member from a nearby station was sent to Anak Bukit.
Opening the main entrance at about 6.30am. Passengers missed trains scheduled at 5.58am and 6.18am. KTMB apologised and said further investigations were underway to determine the cause and appropriate action.
