KOTA BHARU, September 27 — Perikatan Nasional expects to submit its response to the Registrar of Societies within two weeks after its activities were suspended.
Secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan said PN is finalising its explanation over a complaint lodged by Bersatu and has requested a meeting with the RoS director-general.
Takiyuddin acknowledged PN could face deregistration if its explanation fails to satisfy the regulator. RoS has said the suspension, effective Sept 23, does not itself amount to deregistration.
