KUALA LUMPUR, October 9 — Harvest Miracle Capital Berhad shareholders approved all six resolutions at the company’s 30th annual general meeting.
Including mandates supporting fundraising and business operations. Shareholders re-elected directors Liu Han Ming and Sherene Lee Mong Ee.
And authorised the board to issue new shares of up to 10% of the company’s issued shares. The group said the mandate provides flexibility for working capital, investments, acquisitions and debt repayment.
Harvest Miracle also reported first-quarter FY2027 revenue of RM64.21 million, up 14.3% year-on-year, while profit after tax increased 358.4% to RM3.19 million.
