PUTRAJAYA, October 3 — The Road Transport Department will suspend services provided by My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Berhad as JPJ collection agents from 12.01am on Oct 5.
JPJ said the decision followed consideration of compliance with agreement terms and obligations that remain outstanding or unresolved.
All JPJ services previously offered through MYEG Group channels will consequently be suspended. Motorists can continue transactions including road tax and driving licence renewals, summons payments.
And ownership transfers through MyJPJ, JPJ counters, its public portal and other authorised channels. Computerised theory tests booked through MYEG before Oct 5 can proceed as scheduled.
