SELANGOR, April 25 – Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd., a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specializing in automotive electronics and mechatronics parts, celebrated the commencement of construction for the MCE Auto Hub, its new manufacturing facility in Serendah. Spanning an eight-acre site, the first phase of the hub represents an initial investment of RM50 million, signifying MCE’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for sophisticated electronic components and systems in automotive vehicles.
The ceremony, officiated by the Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI), YB Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, highlighted the significance of MCE’s investment in enhancing Malaysia’s automotive ecosystem. The MCE Auto Hub, upon completion, will serve as the company’s primary production facility, contributing to the nation’s regional leadership in automotive electronics manufacturing while providing economic growth, job creation, and innovation opportunities. With a strategic location at the UMW High Value Manufacturing Park, the hub is poised to strengthen collaboration with customers, partners, and suppliers, fostering a robust local ecosystem in automotive electronics.
