However, analysts, including Mark Gurman, indicate that such a move is unlikely to occur for at least three years. Apple’s current set of Apple Intelligence features, unveiled at WWDC, includes updates like an improved Siri and new tools like Genmoji and Image Playground, all of which are currently available at no extra cost.
Gurman notes that while Apple may eventually monetize these advanced features, the company is still in the early stages of developing more sophisticated AI capabilities. As Apple continues to enhance its AI offerings, users can expect these features to remain free for the foreseeable future. For now, there’s no immediate need to prepare for a subscription fee for Siri and related tools.
