KUALA LUMPUR,November 7 – Vietjet and Emirates have signed an MOU to strengthen connectivity between Vietnam and the UAE, aimed at expanding travel options and enhancing trade and tourism. The partnership, announced at the Vietnam-UAE Business Forum, was witnessed by Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and will link major Vietnamese cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang with Dubai and Emirates’ global destinations.

This agreement will allow Vietjet customers access to Emirates’ extensive network via Dubai, while Emirates passengers can easily connect to Vietjet’s regional destinations. The airlines will also explore collaborative advancements in aviation technology. “Vietnam presents tremendous opportunities for tourism and trade,” said Adnan Kazim of Emirates, while Vietjet’s CEO Dinh Viet Phuong noted that the partnership would enhance cultural and economic ties at competitive costs, particularly benefiting travelers from Malaysia through Vietjet’s direct routes to Vietnam.
