GEORGE TOWN, November 10 – IJM Land Berhad has announced temporary lane closures and traffic diversions on Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM on November 12, 2024, to facilitate construction for The Light Interchange. The affected route, George Town-bound, will undergo diversions during these off-peak hours, and motorists are encouraged to plan their journeys ahead to avoid potential delays.
These adjustments are part of infrastructure works for an elevated intersection connecting to THE LIGHT Waterfront Penang, aimed at improving traffic flow and connectivity around the area. IJM Land assures that these measures are crucial for the safe and timely progress of the project.
