KUALA LUMPUR, November 20 – At COP29, Xiaomi Corporation presented a comprehensive strategy for sustainable development anchored in its core technologies, aiming to promote a low-carbon, smart lifestyle. Highlighting its “Human x Car x Home” ecosystem, Xiaomi demonstrated advancements in carbon management and AI-driven smart solutions, including the HyperMind platform, which optimizes energy consumption for home appliances.
This approach supports Xiaomi’s broader goals for energy efficiency and resource management, as emphasized by Alain Lam Sai-wai, Xiaomi’s Vice President and CFO. Lam shared that Xiaomi’s commitment to sustainability is bolstered by its highly automated smart manufacturing system and carbon management standards. The Xiaomi EV Factory’s “Hyper Intelligent Manufacturing Platform” (Hyper IMP) enhances production efficiency and reduces resource usage, significantly impacting Xiaomi’s low-carbon goals.
The Xiaomi SU7 Series, awarded the “Low-Carbon Leader” title, exemplifies these achievements with features like a record-low drag coefficient and 800V super-fast charging, reducing energy waste and carbon emissions. Xiaomi also launched a pioneering standard for carbon management across its “Human x Car x Home” ecosystem, aiming to drive industry-wide sustainable practices.
