KUALA LUMPUR, December 4 – Cisco and NTT DATA have announced an expanded partnership to streamline secure, cost-effective 5G connectivity for enterprises worldwide. The collaboration leverages Cisco’s innovative eSIM technology integrated with NTT DATA’s Transatel network, offering businesses across 180 countries the ability to activate and manage secure mobile branches on-demand.

This initiative addresses the rising demand for flexible and resilient digital connectivity, transforming industries such as retail, manufacturing, and financial services by simplifying network provisioning and management. “This integration simplifies how enterprises connect securely while enabling rapid scaling and cost efficiency,” said Masum Mir, Cisco’s SVP/GM of Provider Mobility. NTT DATA’s Shahid Ahmed emphasized the collaboration’s role in accelerating digital transformation without the complexities of traditional network management.
