JOHOR BARU, December 10 — His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, and Johor Regent Tunku Mahkota Ismail hosted Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for a meeting and lunch today. After an audience at Istana Pasir Pelangi, the trio dined at Kedai Makan Jadi Baru Botak, a celebrated restaurant in Tanjung Puteri known for its signature asam pedas dishes.
Joining them were Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi and Johor state secretary Tan Sri Azmi Rohani. The visit, documented on the official Facebook pages of Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Ismail, highlighted the restaurant’s popularity among Johor’s royalty and leaders.
