KUALA LUMPUR, December 13 – In a significant humanitarian effort, Maxis, Astro, Bumi Armada, and MEASAT have collectively contributed RM5 million to Dana Ihsan MADANI, supporting the Malaysian government’s flood relief initiatives.

The funds were presented to Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim by key representatives of the companies, including YAM Tunku Ali Redhauddin Ibni Tuanku Muhriz, Chairman of Astro, and other prominent leaders. Maxis led the contribution with RM2 million, while Astro, Bumi Armada, and MEASAT each pledged RM1 million.

This effort aims to aid victims of recent floods, particularly in Malaysia’s East Coast region. The companies have also supported affected communities through various humanitarian initiatives, underscoring their commitment to uplifting vulnerable populations during challenging times.
