Leased to Tinta Pendidikan Sdn. Bhd. under a 15-year triple net lease, the property offers a stable 6.20% entry yield and periodic rental revisions. Located in a prime area with excellent connectivity, this investment strengthens AmanahRaya REIT’s diversified portfolio and commitment to stable income growth.
