KUALA LUMPUR, January 25 – Seven Bank, Ltd., part of the 7-Eleven group, has announced plans to enhance banking accessibility in Malaysia with its new ATM installation initiative. Starting with Rawang in January 2025, the rollout will include 100 ATMs across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Johor, expanding to Sabah and Sarawak by 2026.

The initiative targets underserved suburban areas, offering residents greater access to banking services. “With our new brand, Reachful, we aim to enrich Malaysian lives and drive social and economic growth,” said Masaaki Matsuhashi, President of Seven Bank. Malaysia marks the company’s fourth international market, following successful expansions in the United States, Indonesia, and the Philippines, where over 21,000 ATMs have been deployed globally.
