KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 – Perlis emerged as a key investment destination at the MIDA Invest Series, jointly hosted by MIDA, the Perlis State Government, and NCIA, drawing 200 industry leaders and investors.
The event, featuring keynote addresses by Perlis Chief Minister YAB Tuan Mohd Shukri Ramli and Deputy MITI Minister YB Liew Chin Tong, highlighted the state’s strategic location, infrastructure development, and investment incentives.
Key projects like the Chuping Valley Industrial Area (CVIA) and Perlis Inland Port (PIP) were showcased as catalysts for economic transformation, reinforcing Perlis’s role as a trade and industrial hub in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER).
