PUTRAJAYA, February 25 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has dismissed allegations of a “witch hunt”under his administration, asserting that enforcement agencies such as PDRM, IRB, and MACC operate independently to uphold good governance.

Speaking at the reopening of Alamanda Mall, Anwar emphasized that neither he nor his Cabinet intervenes in investigations, allowing authorities to combat corruption and misconduct freely. He also urged Malaysians to reflect on social justice during the upcoming Ramadan, highlighting the importance of empathy for those in hardship.
